Website Design Compatibility and Restrictions
When a website developed it should function on all available browsers like opera, Internet explorer and Fire fox, but this is highly impossible. Due to rapid technological development every fortnight there is a new version which is available, which may or may not fulfill certain parameters, so as to run the website smoothly. We would recommend Internet explorer which is a stable version of browser and supports more or less all designing and programming issues. Another restriction on website design is the use of diverse Image file formats. The majority of browsers can support GIF, JPEG, and PNG. Many website are not fully functional and go overlooked by the website designer and overlooked by the visitors / viewers / audience. Testing and research on various platform like like opera, Internet explorer and Fire fox can help and over come such an issue.
